Hallie Q. Brown Community Center

Based in Saint Paul, Hallie Q. Brown Community Center has served the Twin Cities African Community with an array of social service programs since 1929. Their project will create and sustain a fully-equipped and staffed distance learning space for students from the Rondo, Frogtown and Promise communities. The space will continue after in-person learning has resumed through tutoring, internet access, technical assistance and meals.
