Connections to Independence

Connections to Independence provides educational programming and advocacy for foster care youth, ages 14-24, to promote a healthy and successful transition to living independently as they reach adulthood. Their project will provide devices and connectivity to students in the Minneapolis foster system to ensure that they stay connected to school and family. There is also an online tutoring component to the project to support students that are struggling with school.
