Move FWD

Based in Hopkins, MoveFwd supports homeless and at risk kids and their families through counseling and case management. Their project will provide additional staffing to augment an already successful telehealth program for students. This will help meet increased needs reflected by the heightened number of referrals that they are receiving from partnering schools.
